Shipping & returns

Orders are prepared in Europe and shipped to mainland France and the EU. Delivery is free from €75. Below that threshold a contribution is calculated at the bag.

A ritual sample is included with every order while stocks last. It is a gift, not a right, and it cannot be chosen in advance.

You have fourteen days from receipt to return an unopened treatment. Opened cosmetics cannot be restocked, for hygiene. Gift sets may be returned only if every item is sealed.

To start a return, write to hello@spaceylon.fr with your order number. We will send the address and the method. Refunds travel back by the original means of payment within fourteen days of the warehouse receiving the parcel.
